Our Business Plan

LaBelle Marketing is an agency that abides by the motto, "Quality Service and Positive Action" to and for both it's manufacturers and their customers.

Our initial thrust will be to concentrate on establishing positive recognition for our manufacturers at all levels of marketing in Marine, Recreational Vehicles, Industrial, Commercial, and all other market areas that may pertain exclusively to products that are manufactured by you. These areas could include manufactured housing and emergency vehicles, as well as automotive. The marketing approach that will be necessary to follow in order to achieve this recognition will be to concentrate on the OEM, and wholesale distribution, whose buying season is about to move into full swing, and specialty markets such as mail order houses and mass merchandisers. Other key areas that are of value to you are the organized "Buying Groups" like the ABA, UMMA, and IBBI. These groups are comprised of key boat manufacturers that are unified for improved buying power. There are other organized buying groups as well, that could be approached.

It is vital to you, the manufacturer, to have on your team a knowledgeable agency like LaBelle Marketing, who can identify, qualify, and circulate through these various avenues of product distribution. Our team consists of three seasoned veterans with a combination of 62 years in sales and marketing. Our salesmen have won several awards for sales excellence and perseverance from many outstanding manufacturers.

Initially, I began my plan by talking about establishing a positive recognition for our manufacturers in the market place. We plan to achieve this initial goal through personal one-to-one contact with each account in the territory on a frequent basis. This one-to-one method will be coupled with telemarketing and frequent mailings, by our customer service person.

LaBelle Marketing will focus on the technical aspects of our manufacturers' products. Using our product knowledge and experience along with support products and literature for you, we will hold frequent technical sessions with engineers, sales and marketing staff, as well as the purchasing department, and the design team of the boat builders. Also, we will meet with an often forgotten entity of our market, the all important line person. Production personnel and staff also would be included in our overall training program. Salesmen training and support is a key factor when selling to the wholesale market place. The LaBelle Marketing staff plans to work closely with the distributor's salesmen, particularly during the booking season.

Our plan is to penetrate market areas that have been otherwise untouched by the traditional representative. While working within the guidelines and policies established by our manufacturers', we plan to achieve a common goal of success for both of us.

Currently, LaBelle Marketing has an office in Nashville, Tennessee, Tampa, Florida, and Westminser, SC . Our territory consists of the Southeastern states, which are comprised of: Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, as well as, Arkansas, Missouri, and Southern Illinois. We plan to pursue limited lines that will give us a well-rounded product grouping that compliment both the distributor, and the boat builder.
